2. Listings (Free & Paid)

• All listings, whether free or paid, are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.

• Approval of a listing does not guarantee visibility, traffic, engagement, or business results.

• A listing does not guarantee permanence. We reserve the right to:

  • Remove any listing

  • Modify any listing

  • Deny or revoke access
    at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause.

3. Advertising & Featured Placements

If you purchase or are granted a featured listing, advertisement, or promoted placement:

• There is no guarantee of increased business, visibility, clicks, leads, or revenue.

• We do not guarantee that users will interact with your business in any way.

4. Reviews, Opinions & Third-Party Actions

• Local Loop is not responsible for any reviews, ratings, opinions, or commentary about your business—whether on this site or elsewhere.

• Any customer experiences, feedback, or actions taken after discovering your business through Local Loop are entirely outside of our control.

• We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content.

5. User Expectations

As a user of the directory:

• There is no obligation or expectation that you will engage with any business listed—free or paid.

• Your experience on the site is not guaranteed in any way.

6. Content Responsibility & Community Standards

All users agree to:

• Post only content that is legal, accurate, and appropriate
